Application
VR320 is an EPS-grade material compliant with REACH regulations, designed for producing EPS foam with densities ranging from 14 to 25 kg/m³. It is ideal for high-quality block molding and shape molding. VR320 is commonly used in the manufacturing of cases, packaging, and insulation applications where fire classification is not required.
Storage
Products should be stored in well-ventilated areas with temperatures ideally not exceeding 25°C. They must be protected from adverse weather conditions and direct sunlight. Partially used containers should be tightly sealed, maintaining their original closure, and used promptly. To preserve expansion potential, it is recommended to use the product within three months of delivery.
Processing Conditions
Minimum density depends on the type of expander and the pressure/steam conditions.
Silo aging time should exceed 5 hours to achieve high strength in the molded product but remain under 24 hours to ensure optimal fusion.

Our products must be strictly protected from sparks and flames during processing and storage. It is essential to ground all equipment and machinery to prevent the buildup of static electricity on product conveying lines and during processing.
